Instructions for topping up by depositing into Connect LLC accounts
- Make your deposit at any of the banks listed on this page to top up your Virtual Wallet.
- Use the deposit slip to complete and submit the top-up form. Leave the remitter field blank because you are making the deposit yourself.
- When you use EZPayConnect LLC’s service, the Virtual Wallet service fee will be deducted from your top-up amount according to your selected plan.
- If you lose your deposit slip, we cannot identify your deposit in our accounts. Contact the bank branch where you made the deposit and request a copy.
- Enter both your phone number and the Virtual Wallet user’s phone number; we will use them to send details about your top-up.
- If your recipient loses their Virtual Wallet information, we are not responsible if someone else uses the wallet and spends its balance. Report the loss immediately so our system can block it; the remaining balance at the time of blocking will be respected.
- We can replace a lost Virtual Wallet, subject to a replacement fee deducted from the card balance or paid separately.
- We are not responsible for delays beyond our control, such as internet connectivity issues with our service providers or provider closing hours.
- By renting or topping up your Virtual Wallet, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these instructions.
