Before renting an EZPayConnect Virtual Wallet, please follow these steps:
Steps
- Verify that the service is available where your user resides.
- Send the transaction amount through Zelle before completing the form.
- Enter the requested information to avoid confusion.
- Provide an email address and phone number so we can notify you of transactions made with your virtual wallet.
- You can rent a Virtual Wallet through an Authorized Agent or on your own. Contact customer service if you need help.
- The monthly rental fee for the Virtual Wallet will be deducted from the amount deposited through Zelle.
